Academic Support

University College's Julia N. Visor Academic Center is the central campus resource for academic support. It offers academic coaching, tutoring, workshops, and specialized programs to help you succeed. The Visor Center is located on the lower level of the Vrooman Center, between Manchester and Hewett Halls (see map here).

As a non-traditional student, many of the services provided through the Visor Center will be extremely valuable for returning Veterans in making a successful return to school life. Whether you graduated high school 3 or 30 years ago, attended some or no college, the resources available here can help with your transition.
